We all experience difficulties at some point in our lives that can leave us feeling anxious, stressed and overwhelmed.

I believe that we have the solutions to these challenges within ourselves.

Sometimes it might not feel comfortable talking to family and friends.

I provide counselling in a non-judgemental, confidential, safe space supporting you to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviours and find better solutions for yourself. Thus enabling you to move forward, more fulfilled and better able to cope when difficulties present themselves.
